SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. 2. PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed the following Sunday. 3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES Standard Delivery (UAE): 3–7 business days Express Delivery (UAE): 1–2 business days (available in select emirates) Note: Delivery times may vary during UAE public holidays and peak shopping seasons (White Friday, Eid, New Year). 4. SHIPPING FEES Standard Shipping: AED 15 – AED 25 (based on order size and location) Free Shipping: On orders above AED 200 Express Delivery: AED 35 – AED 50 5. ORDER TRACKING Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the link provided. 6. FAILED DELIVERIES If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the package is held for 5 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges apply. 7. CUSTOMS & DUTIES All prices on our store are inclusive of UAE VAT (5%) as per Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements. No additional customs duties apply for UAE domestic orders. 8. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your order arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours at taibahdrop@gmail.com.
