RIGHT TO RETURN You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided: - Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition - Original packaging and tags are intact - Proof of purchase is available 2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS - Used or damaged items (by customer) - Intimate apparel and swimwear (hygiene reasons) - Digital/downloadable products - Customized or personalized items - Items marked as "Final Sale" 3. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. 4. REFUND TIMELINE - Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days - Refunds are returned to the original payment method - Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days 5.
